Beer Brawl Flier
127 Brewing Back Yard Beer Brawl
Our friends to the north, 127 Brewing is hosting a homebrewer's beer competition on June 24th. The winner of this competition will brew their winning beer on their 3bbl system and allowed to drink their beer for $.01 until it is gone.  They are saying that this is their chance to give back to the homebrewing community that has supported us since we been opened for the last 3 years.  Come to Cork 'n Cap to buy your ingredients, tell us it is for the Beer Brawl, and we will take 10% off of your grain bill.  You better get started,  the event is only a few weeks away.
Rites of Spring: Dry Rosé Is Here!
Robins are chirping, the forsythia is in bloom and the dry rosés are back.  One of our favorites comes from Rhone;  Domaine de la Bastide.  This blend of 70% Grenache, 15% Cinault, and 15% Syrah is dry, fruity, and refreshing.  We call it the perfect red wine drinker's summer wine.  When opportunity knocked, we seized the opportunity to stock up on this incredible bargain.   Regularly $10.99, we have it on sale for just $6.99, or even cheaper when you buy it by the case, just $71.30 for 12.  You will not find a better rose for the price.

Is Now Available
Our latest grab-and-go collection of 2 white and 4 red wines are featured in our latest wine club sixpack.   As always, they come in our reusable, partitioned, eco-friendly six bottle bag and contains nearly $100 worth of wine for a special price of $49.99. When you bring the empty bag back in, you receive a club discount on six bottles or more of any of our regularly priced in-stock wines.  Our sixpack club has no rules and no obligations,  just a good value collection of specially selected wine. Stay tuned to our  Wine Sixpack Club Page for more details on this and our future sixpacks once they are released.
Grow Your Own With The Help Of
Beck's Flower Shop & Gardens
It turns out that Michigan has a good climate for growing hops.  The explosion of the craft beer industry has made it a challenge for hop producers to keep up with demand.  Once these hardy plants take hold they will grow like weeds.  Beck's has brought in a few new varieties this year.  Cascade, Centennial, Chinook, Columbus, and Fuggle.  Visit Beck's at their shop just north of us at 2322 Lansing Ave, or give them a call at 517-784-8571 for more information.
