Rose Infinie Cotes de Provence Blanc    This dry white blend of Vermentino and Ugni Blanc from southern France and has a pale yellow color with green hues. It reveals white fruit aromas such as pears, peaches and sometimes melon. Also found with citrus notes of lemon, lime and grapefruit. In the mouth this white wine is characterized by a delicate freshness, one can find citrus and white fruit sometimes embellished with notes of white flowers. Get a nice sense of "old world" earth and fruit integration. Try this wine with an olive tapenade or pan seared salmon.

Wrath “Ex Anima” Chardonnay, Monterey California   The Wrath Ex Anima Chardonnay not your typical oaky butterball coming out of California, but is instead a bright and direct, yet deceptively rich, white wine. Aromas of citron, pineapple, and guava combine to add a subtle tropical note to the nose. The palate counters with lively stone fruits and citrus, a noticeable but balanced acidity, and a full mouth feel that precedes a crushed-stone mineral finish. This white wine is certified sustainable.

Essay Syrah, South Africa       Robert Parker’s Wine Advocate gave this wine 89 points: “The 2015 Essay Syrah Grenache Cinsault Mourvedre (based on 69% Syrah) has a composed, clean and attractive bouquet with red berry fruit, garrigue, cloves and a touch of iodine that blossoms in the glass. The palate is medium-bodied with fine tannin, well-judged acidity, fresh and crisp with white pepper and cloves jostling for attention on the finish.”  Try it with barbecued ribs, pork chops and stews.

Barton & Guestier Paring Collection Chicken & Turkey Cotes du Rhone, Rhone France    Yes, the label has a left profile portrait of a chicken. That doesn’t make for the most confidence inspiring marketing campaign but Wine Enthusiast awarded this wine a “Best Buy”. This bright, fruit-forward blend of Syrah, Grenache, and Carignan is filled with snappy cherry fruit. It's not overly rich or complex, but instead goes down easily, ending with just a light dusting of tannins.  This versatile red goes with a variety of fare; try it with the usual suspects - burgers, pizza, or pasta.

Terrapura Carmenere, Colchagua Valley Chile   This wine stands out because its ruby red color with profound and expressive aromas of strawberries, cherries and a touch of pepper. In the mouth, it is silky, with sweet tannins and a long, pleasant finish with an elegant touch of oak. Perfect partner for a broad range of dishes such as fish, red sauce pasta dishes and both red and white meats.

 Azabache Garnacha Seleccionada, Rioja Spain      Violet-red color, with glints of purple. Dominant aromas of black fruit in liquor, melon, and tangerine, very clean and powerful, well balanced, very tasty, with mature, sweet tannins which provide it with softness and volume. Is very long, sweet and glyceric, reminiscent of sweet black fruit An excellent companion for steaks, red meats and all kinds of cheeses.
