It is hard to believe it is that time already. The grapes are likely still on the vine but before you know it they will be harvested, crushed, pressed, fermented, bottled, shipped, and delivered to Cork ‘n Cap on it’s traditional date, exactly one week before Thanksgiving day. Over the past several years we have featured the Nouveau from storied Burgundy producer Antonin Rodet.
Antonin Rodet was founded in 1875 covering almost 200 acres across Cote Challonnaise. Their wines interpret some of the best appellations of the area – Mercurey, Rully and Givry – and are noted for their finesse, elegance, and strong aromatic appeal.
